Victorian Style Tea Dress made on Commission for Wendy
The design was based on this dress. It’s for some kind of Steampunk Madame costume.
Customer provided the fabric (which personally I think is hideous. But I just don’t like brocade.). I draped and drafted the pattern myself to fit the customer. It was deliver two days before the deadline, and fit perfectly the first time, no refitting. Go me!

It was like magic. I drew this jacket and in one afternoon made the whole things out of materials I had in my stash already!
The hood is detachable. The jacket is fully lined. Working button holes on sleeve pocket. Fitted to my cup size. Intense amounts of detail stitching.
And 100% MINE. This is not for sale. :P
Please excuse how tried I look, because frankly, I am. I sat down at like 3 and I really didn’t leave my chair in front of my machine until it was complete. It was like Magic, this coat flowed out of my hands so easily.
The Jackets a bit stuff, but I’ll run it through the drying a few times and it should be fine! Oh, the Jacket is made out of a denim, and the lining is some kind of woven fabric, it’s a mystery! The studs I had around, I pried them out of some old belts. I plan to put more on the other shoulder but it was making my hands to sore right now to finish that.
Seriously the detachable hood is really awesome too!
Anyways, Afgter that i made brownies, so I’m gunna go eat em! Have a good night my friends!

This Jacket is just way to cute!
On the back a super cute ‘Hello Kitty Forever’ Image has been appliqued on the back with three passes of satin zigzags. The game goes from the rose on the front. The jacket itself has tons of beautiful details and is partially lined with satin. Zips up the front so i can be worn as shirt or as an overcoat. Label reads ‘Size Med’
Due to the vintage nature of all our fabric slight discolorations or imperfection in the fabric may occur. Sometime these are darned or repaired, sometime they are left by design.
This is a one of a kind piece!

I had alot of work to do today and it was really hot! Function and comfort!
Today, I turned down the first job I’ve ever been able to afford to turn down!
I was offered to work on a promo film on clothes, and I declined!
Now the project is pretty cool and I wouldn’t be opposed to working on it, if it wasen’t the same old steampunk rubbish I’ve seen a thousand times over, AND there is no budget.
You want me to make 5 steampunk costumes, including a guy with a gattling gun arm with no money?
Bitch, you crazy.
Let it go already. Let steampunk die like it needs to! It’s so over already. I’m sick and tried of it to the point where it makes me want to glue gears to my vomit and post pictures of it on the internet. Seriously people, it’s not cool anymore, it’s just fucking annoying. Like Lolita. They need to lay down in their graves and stay there for at least a decade.

That two Tops are for myself. The Superman is one I’ve had stashed for a while, and just finally got around to whipping it into something simple for daily wear. The Clash tee was given to me by my father, I intend to wear it with red jeggings, doc martens and belts.
Been a long day at the machine, but I’ve just picked FOUR costume commission, so this is going to take some time, plus an up coming fashion show with Liberty or Death, AND Ikki con, where I’m planning a show stopping My Little Pony group and performance. ^^
I swear if someone doesn’t buy this skirt soon, I’m just going to keep it for myself!
