I have one more night left to work before the Fashion show this weekend. I’m kind of freaking out, and all the same I’m feeling quite confident. The RSVPs on Facebook have spiked and we went from 70 to 120, and that just the people who have RSVP’d. And what with my new job, and having to go to bed and wake up like a ‘decent human being’, I thought I wouldn’t be able to get everything done. At this point I just need to put on lots of buttons, hem about a dozen bandanas and whip up two or three pageboy caps. I finished my own dress as well, so that’s a huge worry off my mind too. All I can do now tonight sleep, and prepare for one last whirlwind of work tomorrow night.
On the upside you can see the floor in my studio for the first time since I started working on this line.

Don’t Thread On Me is only six days away! This is one of the shirt designs we made for the line! I wanted one for myself, and gave it the good old Shinshay Originals treatment! I’m feeling pretty confident about this show! I hope I’ll see you guys out there, May 18th @ Cheer up Charlies on East 6th street at 10PM! (Don’t forget it’s FREE to get in, and there will be free Vegan donuts from local co-op Red Bunny Bakery!)
